At Tend Collective, we're on a mission to become and inform compassionate workplaces and thriving communities by taking on systems and structures that hold people back. We are committed to community care, prevention know-how, and a desire to create equity for all.

Through creative solutions, constant learning, and genuine empathy, we spark positive change - cultivating spaces where every person feels valued, supported and inspired to keep evolving. Our work is grounded in realness, understanding difference, and a commitment to dismantling oppression in all its forms. We won't stop striving for a world where compassion, respect, personal growth and justice for all people are simply how we move through life.

We don't just talk about doing the work - we've put in the effort. Our crew has gone through deep trauma healing to face our own wounds with compassion. We've invested heavily in anti-racism and anti-oppression training to build awareness of systemic injustices and unlearn harmful biases. Understanding how systems of privilege and marginalization operate is baked into our approach. We've studied the histories and interconnected roots of oppression based on race, gender, class, ability, sexuality and more. Only with this foundational work can we co-create the type of compassionate, inclusive spaces we want to see flourish.
